Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will be notified once your order ships. Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues, but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and ask you to resubmit your order.
International Orders
Taxes and duties are not included in international orders and are determined by the destination country. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery. Shipping fees cover only the cost of transporting your package. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your order has not arrived within 11 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us.
Delivery Issues
Please report any issues within the following timeframes:
Damaged items: Within 7 days of delivery.
Defective items: Within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect items: Within 7 days of delivery.
Missing items: Within 7 days of delivery.
Quality issues: Within 90 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Underwear must be unopened with original packaging. Masks and lighters are non-returnable. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued based on availability. A $8.00 fee applies to refunded returns.
International Returns
International customers must cover return shipping costs. Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges are shipped free of charge, but customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
